Club TGB - For Volvo C3 Enthusiasts in the UK
Well, at last it's here, the club for us. We all know how much we like our little vehicles but being consistently misunderstood by friends and family gets to us all so what we need is a support network!
In starting this club I am wanting to create a network of owners and enthusiasts throughout the UK and beyond who can help each other with technical information and practical assistance. With any vehicle that ceased production 25 years ago there are parts that are no longer made but with a little ingenuity, and some luck, alternatives can be found but that is only useful if a common information resource can be set up. This is my main motivation.
So what now?
We need members so if you've not contacted me yet please click here and let me know if you want to join. If you've already emailed me then just return the form I've sent you.
We need a logo. I suggest a schematic or drawing of the 4x4 and 6x6 Command cabs as these are the most popular and numerous variants. Like the one above, perhaps
We need a decent name. Club TGB is OK for now but we need something snappy and easy to remember. I'm happy to host and run the website
Once these 3 points are dealt with we can get stickers, fleeces and T shirts made (I can get them done very cheaply) and then everyone will know that we are truly sad beggars.
